Fernando Luksic's family is of Croatian origin. His story is part of the story of the arrival of these settlers of these colonists who arrived in the area more than 100 years ago and who brought with them the concept of cattle ranches, which now dot the area.

Now he offers the Croatian gastronomic legacy in Patagonian style.  In his Asador Patagónico Restaurant, you can enjoy the Pršut (croatian ham), which Fernando prepares with the recipe learned from his grandparents, who arrived in Puerto Natales more than a century ago. The curing process takes more than a year before you can taste it. His restaurant awaits you with this specialty, as well as other grilled Patagonian meats.
